Without Google started after the major Google outage on December 14th, 2020. For one hour, the world couldn’t search for answers—and honestly, it was eye-opening. It made me realize how much we rely on Google for information we used to just know.
That moment made me think about the culture I grew up in and how many iconic moments, songs, trends, athletes, movies, and memories people have forgotten over time. Black culture has always moved the conversation, created the trends, influenced the music, fashion, sports, and entertainment the world loves—but a lot of those moments get lost if nobody remembers them.
So I created Without Google.
Without Google is more than a trivia card game—it’s about memory, culture, conversation, and seeing who really knows the eras that shaped us. From classic music moments and legendary athletes to unforgettable TV, film, and fashion trends, this game challenges what you actually remember without reaching for your phone.
It’s fun, competitive, nostalgic, and rooted in the culture that inspired it all.
