Returns
If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may return your item within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- The product must be returned with all original packaging and contents included.
- Items that are damaged due to misuse or normal wear may not qualify for a refund.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be sent back to your original payment method.
Please allow:
- 5–10 business days for most refunds to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds may not be issued if:
- The return is requested after 30 days.
- The product is returned damaged or incomplete.
- The item shows signs of excessive use or alteration.
